Five questions about the web of yesteryear. It is the module, embedded in our own site exactly as it would be in yours, graded by the same code.
Count points, or draw a portrait
There is a right answer
You mark the right option, the module counts the points and returns a percentage. Then you write the tiers: what people read at 20%, at 60%, at 100%. The answer key shows question by question, if you want it to.
For a reading check, a training course, a trivia game on your topic.
There is none
Each option votes for a profile you defined, and the profile with the most votes wins. You write its title and its text: that is what shows at the end, and that is what gets shared.
To point people to a page, a product, a plan. It is the format that gets shared.
What it does not do
Better to say it before you waste your time.
It does not know who answered, unless you ask
By default it stores a score, a total and a profile, and nothing else. No name, no address, no tracker. If you turn on the email request before the result, it also keeps the address left and the consent box, and nothing more. A quiz on your site has no business becoming a spy.
It does not give half marks
A question with several right answers earns its points when all the right ones are checked, and only those. No partial credit.
It does not take written answers
No free-text field, no images in the options. Two to eight answers per question, text only.
It does not install without proof
You first have to show that the site is yours, and the module then refuses to show up anywhere but your site.
Free, with one line under the module
No limit on entries, no trial period. A discreet "Powered by Bonjour la toile" line appears under the quiz: that is what pays for the service. To remove it from all your sites, it's CA$10 a month.
