Inbox
My inbox gathers the replies received by the forms of all your sites. You read each reply there, file it, or delete it.
The four tabs
| Tab | What it holds |
|---|---|
| To read | Replies that arrived and have not been handled yet. This is the tab open by default. |
| Read | Replies marked as read. |
| Archived | Replies you keep aside. |
| Spam | What looked like spam, filed there automatically, and what you sent there yourself. |
Each tab shows its number of replies. A list shows the tab's 100 most recent replies.
A reply
Each reply says which site and which form it comes from, how long ago it arrived, then every filled-in field with its label. Fields left empty are not shown.
If the form was deleted, or if its definition changed so much that the reply's fields are no longer recognized, the inbox shows the preview stored on arrival (the first filled-in fields, end to end).
Actions
- Mark as read: the reply moves to "Read".
- Archive: it moves to "Archived".
- Spam: it moves to "Spam".
- Not spam (in "Spam"): it comes back to "To read".
- Delete: the reply is erased, for good.
Nothing is deleted automatically, not even spam. Drop by that tab from time to time: a real message may be in there.
Replying to someone
The inbox does not let you reply directly. If your form asks for an email address, write to that address from your usual email client.
The counter in My account
In My account, each site shows the number of replies to read that it has received.
What about quizzes and reactions?
My inbox only holds form replies. A quiz's results are read in its "Results" tab (see Quiz), and reactions' in the palette's "Numbers" tab (see Reactions).
